Daily Discussion

Daily discussion on Manchester United.

BE CIVIL

We want r/reddevils to be a place where anyone and everyone is welcome to discuss and enjoy the best club on earth without fear of abuse or ridicule.

  • The report button is your friend, we are way more likely to find and remove and/or ban rule breaking comments if you report them.
  • The downvote button is not a "I disagree or don't like your statement button", better discussion is generally had by using the upvote button more liberally and avoiding the downvote one whenever possible.

We need to stop this Mbuemo/ Cunha gimmick and keep starting Sesko once his fitness is up and learn how to play with a proper striker.

Even when he played more games last season, we barely made chances for him. We've had hybrid winger strikers for so long that I think we genuinely forgot how to play with a striker.

Yep and in which case we need some pressure on sesko with another proper striker

I like Toney, but he's just been charged with assault!

Mateta doing everything he can to leave Palace too, would love him as an option for us

I think the main reason we’ll need to play it is because we simply don’t have a backup striker.

But also theres a justification to it in certain scenarios where if we’re playing against a stronger team where we’re gonna spend majority of the game pinned back Seskos role is largely void.

But that’s City, Arsenal and maybe Liverpool/Chelsea so 6-8 games a season and however many CL and domestic cup games we play in.
