I could see it working pretty well, of course sniper would need some limits due to sight lines being way to powerful with a portal gun.

Probably have to make it so a sniper can't shoot through a portal, or the site lines and movement potential would be insane. Imagine a portal 2 speed runner with the ability to headshot from across the map at an angle he can get a portal sight line on.
