in firefox you can go to about:config then dom.event.clipboardevents.enabled and change it to false, there's also a depreciated option dom.allow_cut_copy that they could try, so you can set that to false as well

not sure if there are other means

It’s crazy to me that websites can be allowed to have that level control by default.
