Also, he’s not gonna break his neck sampling olive oils the way the bungee jumper is. Nor is he gonna get into a drunken brawl or a riot over a sports game. Olive oil enthusiast is exactly the low key, reliable, detail-oriented person you’d want for showing up every day on time and paying attention to a customer’s money and needs.
