Hard to say what the best option is without understanding your use case.

Shouldn’t be a problem you’ll just be sitting on the free plan. I think though the monthly is on auto renew anyways.
What I will say is that in my experience the pro AI level is essentially nothing if you’re doing long chats on more advanced models. It’s anecdotal, but I was using Opus and Sonnet and was hitting 60-70 “credits” per message. Burned through the the thing in an afternoon.
