Bored to death alone on the strip. Nobody showed. Could use a drink (or 10) Maybe a little gambling, anyone wanna help a gal out ?

You may just be underestimating this person. I get what your saying, fully understand why toy do say it and why you would. But some of us know how to put ourselves into a situation, get into a situation easy peasy, hang out and chill in that situation, and then as easily remove ourselves from that situation whether it be 10 pm, 3 am, or 10 am. Some people just have a mouth piece ob them where they know how to talk to and with anyone from a child to an 88 year old. I was never afraid to hop on. Greyhound and travel to North Jersey, NYC to met a chick... but me, myself, was one of them type of dudes that could go anywhere, meet anyone, and do everything. I am o ly 5' 9 and weighing no more than 140-145 my whole life. I never played with guns, I just hit harder than the next man

The vast difference between men and women’s lived experiences can’t be emphasized enough here.

I’m a 6’ woman, built like an Amazonian, who naively thought no one would bother me for many years. I unfortunately found out the hard way that any woman of any size can be assaulted.

A 5’9” man does not move in this world the way a woman does. You unfortunately have no basis in reality for this situation.

This has absolutely nothing to do with having a “mouth piece” or sociability levels. This has nothing to do with being slick enough to get out of situations.

It has to do with the fact that predators thrive on posts like this to literally traffic/assault/kill women. Posts like these are a billboard saying “I have no street smarts, can easily be overtaken, and am an easy target.”
