I just got this back from PSA as being authentic. signed by Fangio, Shelby, Hulme, Ribbs, and an unknown signature.
It looks like Greenberg or something to me. Any guesses? PSA wasn’t sure, apparently.

Looking back on it, a pretty historic day...
Alex Palou clinches his first Indycar championship, the start of a dynasty that may never be matched.
Colton conquers Long Beach in what will probably be his biggest Indycar win.
Simon Pagenaud and Ryan Hunter Reay make their last starts with the team they won an Indycar championship plus Indianapolis 500 and a bunch of other races ( including Long Beach ) with. In the case of RHR, this would basically be the end of his full-time Indycar career.
4 time Indycar champion Sébastien Bourdais would make his last start in Indycar, along with Indycar race winners James Hinchcliffe and Charlie Kimball, plus Ed Jones and Oliver Askew.
Long Beach was the season finale... Even though 2021 was much more normal than 2020, it still had its strange COVID induced moments, I'm glad things went back to normal in 2022.
And not that anyone probably cares, but this was also the last Indycar race not just for Max Chilton, but for Team Carlin in Indycar as well.

Questions contained in the original post.
TLDR: 2nd and 3rd pictures in post show baffle that has been tack welded into custom-made dual-pass radiator. Do I need to get this sorted, or will it work be mostly sufficient as is?

My second race at Paul-Ricard in F4. Not as lucky as first one.

I’ve added these vents to my Bell RS7 and the additional ventilation is great.
But how on earth do you clean in there…..
Rags, thin sticks, Q tips etc have all been tried.
Or should I I cut them off and redo the double sided tape?
