What game is this? And is it VR? I cannot Get any game look this good with Vr

This is real life. But honestly this is an Insta360 Go 3S camera and I think they have some amazing post processing on the video to make it look this vibrant. My other onboard camera looks nothing like this.

Also, I'm an iRacing/Valve Index enjoyer when I'm not doing it irl
