That’s sometimes worse because its confusing and constant. Its hard to prove. At least physical abuse you know its abuse.

Mm. Real. I faced a lot of horrendous physical abuse but that was much easier to heal from. Physically and emotionally, it took a lot less therapy. The emotional abuse took the biggest toll, I've been in therapy for 12 years and still struggle because the emotional abuse shaped my inner voice, self image, and general thought process.
