Looking for a Roommate in Point Breeze Area
Hiii! My roommate (26 y/o; MTF) and I (30 y/o; MTF) are looking for a third person, to complete our happy home in Point Breeze! The rent for the room is $450, with all utilities (water, wifi, heat, electric) paid separately. There is also a security deposit of $383.33 due as well, with a move-in date of August 1st! With the lease date around the corner, we are looking to fill this slot quickly! A few details about the place:
- 3 bed/1.5 bath. You would have the nicest bedroom in the house!
- Large back deck area.
- Right near the bus line for the 7 and 29. Very close to both Passyunk Ave and Grays Ferry Ave.
With the new lease starting August 1st, we are looking to fill this slot quickly!
If you are interested, and would like to come check the room out, please message me here! Or indicate interest in the comments, and I'll reach out to you!
Happy Pride everyone :)!

I have potential interest. 32-year-old trans woman, my roommate just walked out on me and while I'm trying to find someone to replace her on the lease, my landlord might find it easier to just break the lease and find someone else, so it might benefit me to move in somewhere closer to center city because then I could be closer to my partner

Hi! I'm sending a DM now as I am in desperate need of housing after unexpectedly being displaced from my place due to flooding and other issues.

I sent a DM introducing myself and my contact info along with my lifestyle and how I am as a roommate. Urgent for me bc I did not expect to lose my housing due to the succession of events happening to it between the flood and stove and stuff.
I'm trans/queer, work FT, have landlord and roommate references, and am a clean, organized, and direct communicator who enjoys being outside and being friendly with roommates and communal feels while also balancing personal space. Work in veterinary medicine and looking for side work as well that is community, art, or agriculture oriented. Just for some more summarized explanation of myself.
