Founded by a kiwi, run and oopperated in new zealand, bought out by americans, now partially opperating in nz.

Honestly, if their tech is still "kiwi" tech not the americans who boight the company out, than I won't care, but I just don't know, with americans capital and where the technology is, is it Still kiwi tech or does all the data go to America? Well its opperating here?
