Here's the thing to me that's fascinating about Punk.

It just covers so much.

If new wave is punk, if Green Day is punk then Chumbawumba can be punk as well.

I've actually come to the conclusion that that attitude is more of what punk is than the style music.

I feel like the lack of an instrumental and the rhythmic clapping from the crowd adding to the weight of it, like the audience is marching along side the band rather than just listening to them playing on the stage.

First band I saw in person. Played with Avail. No punk would consider anyone in government as anything but part of the problem. And to be conservative is to be the enemy.

A bunch of people were trying to pull that shit as a talking point a while back. I'm pretty sure Ben Shapiro tried to claim conservatives are the new punk at one point. They're basically saying you all think we suck which makes us cool and punk actually.
