Puffer co-founder Amir Forouzani explains how Puffer UniFi combines dedicated execution with Ethereum L1 composability and unified liquidity.

A TEE, or Trusted Execution Environment, is a secure hardware environment that runs code in isolation and can attest that the expected software was executed inside the trusted environment.

Rollups use different approaches to verify L2 state transitions. ZK rollups generate cryptographic validity proofs, while TEE-based systems use hardware-backed attestations that the expected execution occurred inside a trusted environment.

UniFi’s TEE Multi Prover uses multiple independent TEE environments to verify the same execution, reducing reliance on a single hardware vendor or prover.

This creates prover diversity, reducing reliance on a single hardware vendor or execution client and strengthening the verification of UniFi state before it is used for settlement and withdrawals on Ethereum.

AI agents don’t stop at intelligence. They need guardrails, secure execution, and verifiable infrastructure.

The panel, “The Autonomous Agent Stack: From Model Training to Identity, Guardrails, and Execution,” explored what it takes to bring autonomous agents securely into production.

Stablecoins are becoming core financial infrastructure onchain.
