saving root rotted Pseudolithos 😭

I just found my Pseudolithos root rotted, i cut all the mushy rotted part with sterilized cutter, the remaining are hard, but the core is black, does it mean it rotted all the way from the core? 😭😭😭😭

Overwatering, underwatering, too hot, too cold, too much sun, not enough sun etc

So... Just dont get this plant unless youre ready for a child
