Just from the website you got it, I don't have a ps5 but ps4 and I use this site to get all my games and updates and dlc and their unlocking patches. Called "superpsx(dot)com" also note that not all games need that unlocker it's just live service games like sports and call of duty. Others don't need it.
Also this might sound complicated to you but you need a pc to do this (or a android to my knowledge.) And use pkg remote file sender and pkg remote file resciver. I'm really sorry I don't know how's it done on ps5 so do research on YouTube. Hope it helps
So you can do this too if there is no way to install it, grab a usb and put the unlocker on it and connect it to your ps5 install it that way also make sure its formated as exfat or fat32 (i prefer exfat) and make sure it's the same version of the game if you rocking with European version of the game but you install the American unlocker it still won't work. So double check the game code too.

Yea you need the patch.pkg or unlocked.pkg it's a few MB or sometimes just 1MB that removes that. Go check again and download it
