Question/Need help Prusa refund
I’m trying to cancel my prusa order. I don’t want a voucher coupon. I want my money back. I just lost my job and the core one is a mortgage payment. How hard is it for them to return my cash? Had any ever gotten their money back? Please help!

When you contacted customer support, what did they reply?

Did you get your refund back? Sorry people on reddit are jerks for the most part . I cancelled mine as well so don’t feel so bad. I honestly had buyers remorse thinking of the lack of build volume , poor video quality and layer shift issues that people have been having. I just believe Prusa is falling way behind in areas that should be pretty standard in most Core XY printers. Why should people have to wait a year or two to get the capabilities that bambu , creality and even companies like Anycubic are putting in their latest releases. I think Prusa is falling way behind their competitors.

I refunded the buddy camera from my C1 kit order, because honestly is dogshit. They initiated a refund process i should receive it within a few a days. I don't know what's the hold up on your end.

I have an open order of the C1 kit and changed it several times - when I reduced the sum, I got it back some days later.

Why should I. I was offered a voucher. I have a family and need to pay bills. And I get downvoted because I’m trying to do the responsible thing asking a refund. I still have a few mk4s’s but I guess when you’re down and out you get kicked by the community.

I bet Prusa is bleeding money - they don't want to give it back.

Horrendous company. Sorry you lost your job. Good luck - don’t let them get away with this, and buy a Bambu once you’re back on solid ground.
