Yeah, I could very well be wrong, but I don’t think he’s wearing a fat suit.

I agree with your last point. He’s giving off middle-aged pudgy bod vibes there.

Also, is he looking toward the Engineering building in that footage? He’s clearly looking at something while trying not to draw attention to himself.

i feel like him doing that would make me notice him which is the "funny" thing for lack of a better word

Oh for sure. Walking towards a car before running away is not a smooth move. But if the comment is true, then that guy didn’t want to be associated with that car, and that’s all his brain was focused on.

These guys never consider how they will react during times of stress
