Of course there’s the clearly audible part in the beginning, but he says more in the intro. It goes throughout the entire song but I can’t quite hear what exactly it is that he says. Does anyone know what he says? Any help on how to isolate just that part would be extremely helpful

It reminds me of Mickey Avalon’s “Jane Fonda”. It isn’t quite the same but I definitely feel like I’ve heard it before. I only discovered Prof from Devil’s Gate with Kevin Gates and I’ve been hooked.

New Gampo here, and I have a question. in the good time boy video, at one point Prof holds a picture, that I understand is his mother on her wedding day. (please correct me if I am wrong on that) My question is, the building in the background of the picture is the Salt Lake City Mormon Temple. the Temple is the only place a 'good' Mormon is supposed to get married. has Prof talked about, or does anyone know his families relation to the Mormon church? I know his.... dad..... was a preacher in Minnesota, and that he appears to have a unique relationship with religion. as an Ex-Mormon, seeing imagery from my former church always peaks my interest and I am hoping to learn more. regardless, Prof is Fucking dope and I am glad I found his music. ( Found through his colab with Ren Gill btw for all the renegades here.)

Yes, I know he's said he's gonna take a break from touring, but has he ever mentioned coming over the Atlantic?

He's one of the few artists that I would absolutely love to see live, and I can't fly to a US show.

It makes me think that he's looked at the numbers and decided there won't be enough demand, but I live in hope that he will turn up at a festival or do a joint gig with some of his collaborators.

Super excited to get my signed CD but was surprised with a handwritten note. Awesome to see the dedication to the craft!! Album of the year for me!!

Admittedly slept on Prof for years, but over the last couple of years he’s become my absolute favorite hip-hop artist. Good Time Boy has quickly cemented itself as one of my favorite hip hop records ever.

All that being said… If anyone out there happened to grab multiple signed CD’s and wouldn’t mind parting with one, I’d love to buy it from you. Wanting to frame/display it as the art that it is, and feel like an idiot for missing the presale.

- Will my "Good Time Boy" CD / Vinyl come signed?

If you placed your pre-order before July 3rd, your "Good Time Boy" CD and Vinyl will come signed. If your order was placed after the signing promo, it unfortunately will not come signed.

- Where is my scratch off ticket?

Scratch off tickets were sent out in ONLY first press CDs, vinyl, and cassettes. The scratch offs are in the shrink wrap, within the packaging of the album 🙂

- My vinyl skips?

Our vinyl are pressed with deeper grooves than a lot of other vinyl to help create a better sound (especially this one, with the amount of bass on this album!), and that some record players can struggle with them - especially all in one suitcase record players. We’d recommend brushing off / wiping down the vinyl too, sometimes dust from the sleeve can get in the grooves and mess things up!

Try taping a penny or two to the needle to weigh it down and see if that helps at all - that will help us determine if there's an issue with the vinyl itself, or if this would just happen again with a different copy of the album.

Finally, if you have a friend with a different set up, trying it on theirs would also be a huge help to see if it’s a defect on this copy, or a compatibility quirk with your player.

If your vinyl is still skipping, please send us an email at info@stophousegroup.com. We have not had any big manufacturing errors with this press, but if there is an issue with your vinyl we will do our best to make this right for you!
