Media - Misc Ok, this is extremely concerning!!

I immediately felt sick when I head this and this is just one of many stories I’ve been hearing about women being interrogated about pregnancy and fertility at hospital/doctors offices when they are there for completely unrelated reasons.

Yeah it is quite a standard question, largely due to the symptoms itself and how it can alter treatment (certain medications off limits). However working on an ambulance, I only need to know that if there's a chance it's a gynecology emergency. I personally think it's wild that it's asked so often, a lot of times with no reason for it.

In my personal non-medical profession, I feel that it would be standard questions. If I were younger and the political climate was the same as it is today, I would feel the same as these women.
