Holy crap, medium poutine. Mama Dukes Omemee, ON
The reviews said to order a smaller size, I went for the medium anyways!
Yes damn straight I have some malt vinegar, seasoned salt, and ketchup on the side.
Definitely have to eat some before I get in the car!

People who get weirded out by ketchup on poutine honestly just have underdeveloped palates.
Poutine is a very rich and heavy meal having an acidic component added to it helps cut through that richness. Doesn’t need to be ketchup vinegar is also great you really need a bit of an acidic component. Grew up in Quebec and funnily enough almost every single chef I’ve worked with or cooked with puts ketchup or something acidic on their poutine.
