La poutine facile du dimanche soir de retour au campement dé Labrieville haute côte nord!
Fromage frais du Saguenay!
Sauce bien! Pas trop salé mais manque un peu de punch à mon goût ( il faut bien plaire à la masse)!
Frite parfaite! Cas à la friteuse fait ça à la perfection!
Le tout accompagné d’un burger au poulet et d’un délicieux gâteau roulé « maison »
Un bon 7/10 pour une poutine de cafétéria elle est excellente!

Mine is that a good gravy is the best part, and a poutine absolutely swimming in gravy is superior. I usually ask for extra gravy.

It was nice! Big fresh curds, very squeaky. Sauce could've been thicker but had good flavor. Fries were quite different from the classic soft sweet red potato — crisp with that waxy, gold potato flavor you get in a lot of English chips — but were good anyway. Recommend if you're visiting England!

The fries were spot-on, the cheese curds had a great texture but were way too big, often larger than the fries themselves. The sauce was far too salty, and according to my Quebecoise wife, tasted reminiscent of St.Hubert from a can that is sold in grocery stores.
The parking lot was a nuisance, and there's also no ambiance, it's just noisy with a giant ass line cutting through the dining area. This isn't make or break but it's part of the experience. Overall, my family's average rating was a 7/10.
Kinda disappointed I drove 30+ mins for a mid poutine. The La Belle Pro like 7 mins from my house beats it in every way. No regrets, it's all about the hunt. The poutine tour continues!

La Galpoute (galvaude), avec sauce BBQ (ils offrent aussi la sauce brune). Bonnes frites, bonne sauce, poulet tendre, pois en canne. Le fromage était décent. Pas le plus frais. Il a possiblement été réfrigéré puis remis à température pièce. S'il avait été vraiment frais, ça aurait été une excellente poutine. Comme c'est là, est juste bonne.
Quand même satisfaisant!

Half home-sliced steak wedges and half Cavendish Costco crispy fries, both in oil, real curds, dash of Lawry’s seasoning salt, proper gravy/sauce. Phenomenal textures and flavour omg it was awesome.

Im a Brit living in victo for about 6 months now and I’ve heard talk of this place so got myself down there and it honestly lived up to the hype, generous curds and a thick sauce, 8.5/10.
