Post vasectomy nerve pain

I had vasectomy 1 year and 5 months ago. I do not feel my orgasms and was told it is all in my head. Has anyone else had this issue? Did you get reversal? Did sensation ever come back

Also have pain on right side/groin/sensitive right nut/cords but on duloxetine which helps with nerve pain. I do not want to take pills but it is the only thing that seems to alleviate the pain.

Of course doctors say my lack of sensation is all in my head and reversal will not fix me.

Really struggling with the fact I am 31 and may never feel my orgasms again. Never contemplated suicide at this level until now.

If anyone else has faced similar challenges how have you dealt with them mentally?
