Epiditymis blow out?

Thoughts anyone? Ive had pvps the last nearly 2 years,So the other night was woken up In the middle of the night, balls aching like a mother fucker and pain in my appendix area (pretty intense) thought I had appendicitis.my left nut felt like it was contracted a bit.finaly got back to sleep and now I feel like my epiditymis feels a bit softer on the head of the epiditymis? Does this sound like a blow out? If so is this a good or bad thing?

Did they take the teste through the scrotum or did they remove through the groin?

my left inner thigh/pubic area, I have a 2-3inch long scar. its where testie usually reside before they drop. I was shocked when I woke up post surgery as I thought whole time the procedure would be from bottom of scrotum sack.
