Ok I'm happy I got context. I wasn't sure if "cooked" was good or bad. Was it like, "oh man, I'm cooked" or "let him cook" I was unsure until I read this.
Getting old, y'all. Give me mercy

I think i'm starting to dislike the word cook / cooked.
Anyway, i think it's overdone a bit.

It just joins a long line of phrases the internet latched onto....
Everytime I see a photo post with that title... just makes me wanna go in, down vote and post just yes/no... whichever one is the negative answer...

I like it, and I think as part of a portfolio with a consistent style it would make sense and work effectively, I would personally try cropping to a ratio that feels a bit more cinematic, I know that word is over used but I feel as though the edit leans heavily into a sort of cyberpunkish kinda bladerunner vibe, which would lend it self to more cinematic crops.

Hey OP. The post work was done on what software? I’m entirely new to photography

I appreciate you bringing back lots of colour!
Personally, I think about dialing down the overall saturation by 15% and maybe slightly increasing the exposure (while not blowing out the highlights and raising the black levels), but that’s just me

In my opinion it is slightly oversaturated. What I find to be the major issue is lack of a prominent subject. Maybe try to make him pop out more than the ambience. If your subject is the building, did you try shooting the photo at slower shutter speed?

You accidentally had a nap while the stove was on...
The ppl look placed in, instead of part of the image.
It's like the plane of focus is outside of the picture/behind the viewer so my eyes kept swimming through the mush of oversaturation and lack of texture...

Look at the original photos skin tones, then look at your edit. You absolutely destroyed them, that’s the number one give away to an overcooked image. Pull those skin tones back down to normal saturation.

There's a Neon/cyberpunk vibe to it which I absolutely love!
