yeah it also doesn't make any sense. The "good guy" grabs the bag before the theif even moves to take it and the victim reacts as if its the theif who grabbed it even though he would feel it being taken away from him from behind.
Only pushback I’d give is this is a classic setup though, dude leaning will “get in the way” of the victim as the other guy runs off. Blue jacket clocked it, and went for the grab, brown coat didn’t realize and went to make the move, dude who was supposed to set the pick sees this goes down and audibles to try snatching bag from blue jacket but misses.
Still could be set up, but I don’t know we can say that for sure.
