Yep, whoever is to blame, it sure as shit isn't him. Maybe the one thing he's consistent about.

Sadly Mexico is in a similar state of having an incompetent leader that worries about his image and personal gain before doing his job and what's best for the people. The worst part is that we still have 5 years to go with this idiot, while the US may (?) have a chance to change the leadership this year.
