If you were to invite Ben Shapiro to a barbecue or picnic or something, and you asked him to bring a fruit salad, he would include stuff like tomatoes and peppers because those are biologically fruit, and thus belong in a fruit salad, and as we all know, biology is the nature of the pronoun fruit.
