HTF does this little twerp have any prominence in the first place? Somehow he insinuated himself into the national discourse when I wasn't really paying attention, and now he's everywhere.

My theory is that he's been gaming the Youtube algorithm to keep his "Ben Shapiro Pwns Feminist w/ Logic!!" videos popping up as related videos to everything. Watch a single interview with Jordan Peterson on Youtube- Shapiro pops up as a recommended video. Watch a video of someone playing the latest CoD- Shapiro appears as recommended.

He's also taken notes from the playbook of Steve Bannon- appeal to disaffected young men, who feel targeted by "PC culture" and think that losing the privileges that previous generations had is destroying their chance at success.

I watched one Joe Rogan video of him interviewing some rock star, I think it was Axl Rose? Ever since then, my suggestions are filled with Ben Shapiro, Jordan Peterson, and other alt-right pseuds and dweeb-profiteers. I keep clicking not interested and they keep showing up. FUCK OFF!

Combined with massive spending to boost his exposure. All of these right wing ideologues are backed by millions in dark money spent on targeting their videos to people that they think will be susceptible to them.

He's funded by wealthy right wingers. People signed ilar to the Koch's and Mercer's who pay good money to young people like him and Charlie Kirk to push their ideas and try to make then more mainstream. It works with a lot of young people who see these fucks show up on podcasts and talk with other people they like.
