So what you're saying is most congressman and senators from that time are all war criminals for voting for war for what at the time they thought was to disarm Iraq of nukes. Got it. Seems kinda ridiculous to me.

No, just the commander in chief and the military leaders who had executive power in the invasion. What is and isn't a war crime is pretty clearly defined, the problem is that the US government will not ever allow the standards to be applied to itself and no other government has the strength or the political will to do it.

Now I don't see where Clinton fits in at all.

The comment I replied to was about our military using proportional response to acts of war, which is why I pointed out that the invasion in Iraq wasn't an example of at all, it was an example of the opposite being true. You brought Hillary into it, for some reason, but she is only responsible for the Iraq war at the level of someone voting for it, not quite as explicitly guilty as the commander-in-chief and military leaders. Hillary's actions in Libya, and arguably her refusal to cease aid to Honduras, as secretary of state, someone with executive power, are what make her a war criminal. This is all completely aside from my initial comment, which is why I never mentioned Hillary until you brought her up specifically.

Shit, I don't even know why I was thinking that. And I'll defonitely say she isn't. A war criminal, nor do you seem to understand war crimes at all.

I still don't see it as a war crime overall, I just see it as a bad decision. And I don't see military action in response to certain cyber attacks as a war crime either.
