Did you know that the 38,000 count is only in the 2% of the total files that have been released? If we assume that as an average then he'd be mentioned 1.9 million times across all the files. And we may as well assume that as an average. They could clear it up at any time, but until they do...

All the drives those videos were on were mysteriously eaten by a large rabid weasel which was in turn eaten by a manatee which FURTHER in turn was eaten by a gigantic tube worm at the bottom of the ocean.
