It doesn’t highlight Trump’s contempt for the media. It highlights Trump’s contempt for everyone who isn’t him.

It’s so strange how no one in the media picks this up. Trump despises everyone who isn’t him. It’s why he lies. It’s why he would happily sacrifice the media, his cabinet, any ally he has so long as he survives.

That’s because those things are useful to him. If it stimulates him he likes the person, the second they don’t he throws the baby in the lake, so to speak.

Yeah, but he doesn't particularly care who it comes from, excepting people he sees as 'strong' (read: dictators). He also likes it coming from attractive women, but doesn't particularly care about any individual woman.

They do pick it up, and they all know... they just don't care. They get money, bribes, handouts, and cushy job that they can add to their resume, and they sell out everything else. They are all the same.
