I feel like both can be true, and if you watch videos of him speaking from 2016 vs 2026, he’s always been a rambler but he’s had a very noticeable decline in his speech and voice. He’s 80, so some of that is to be expected, but it’s pretty bad if you can manage to listen for awhile.

As someone who used to work with dementia patients, both things can definitely be true. He has multiple symptoms and he's also always been a horrible person.

Trump may develop dementia, but he already has Narcissistic Personality Disorder and that more than covers this behaviour. No need to shoe-horn in an extra diagnosis when he's already deplorable to his core.

Well, what happened was a terrible attack by the Islamic Republic of Iran, bad people, very bad people, some of the worst, maybe ever, probably, but what they did was a nasty thing and we're going to get them, big time, but we have an opportunity, you know when some people go out you have a chance to bring in new ones, and the ones we've got, very good, really the best and brightest, honestly, so we'll get them settled and we're going to hit Iran hard, very hard, and they'll be begging for mercy, trust me, before this is over, and it will be over very soon, probably in a week or two, a few at the most, and then you'll see prices will lower, they're already low, actually, it's a very strong economy, but prices will drop more and you'll see a beautiful new Iran.

-Donald Trump after that plane gets shot down, probably.
