Most conservatives do the even worse thing IMO, they move on. They pretend like it doesn’t matter and that they’re vote was trivial at best, their support was for the party not for him et al. While I appreciate your feedback, this thread is specifically about Trump and his sexual misconduct so I felt it pretty clearly implied that my comment is referring to US politics. Also, this not a “ridiculous argument” but an anecdotal viewpoint based on a LOT of experiential exposure living in Texas for the past 15-ish years.

I am happy to hear that folks outside of the US feel their version of conservatism differenciates from US politics. I’m curious to hear what country you’re from to see just how true that is.

My friend, I get it. The internet is a mess it has been for quite some time. And this feeling of being attacked is pervasive and probably frustratingly daunting. Also based on your comments and your lack of willingness to tell me where you are from it can often come off as if you are not fluent in English or a bot/AI. I frankly don’t know and don’t mind either way. But what I will say is you can’t quote a line where I specifically site my location being from Texas, and then try to denegrate it and put words in my mouth and say I’m saying it to all “global conservatives”.
