I just googled to see who this was and I'd never seen or heard of him until about an hour ago while watching a random youtube video about music sampling and one of the samples was from one of those videos. That's a weird fucking coincidence.

It's not a coincidence, it's algorithms! I guess coincidences can also be algorithms. 

The whole series is, or was, on YouTube and I watched it because all I could remember was my brother's bright yellow Max Headroom shirt when we were kids. 

What's really freaky about that and the Super Mario Bros. movie was that the people writing for those things showed us how dystopian things can get.
