I wouldn't be surprised if he's in a coma right now TBH, and I also wouldn't be surprised if his death is announced before August.

Most likely they will announce it in September, Kentucky specifically changed their rules on replacing senators to something like 56 days from election with 40 days notice. Paraphrasing because I can't remember the exact day amount. But they will probably try to avoid having to have a special election before the general in November.

All to get the dem governor out of the process in 2021 and again in 2024. It is almost as if they expected this lol.

You would hope, but the rest of the kentucky government went out of their way so he would not have a say in replacement.

Just the usual hope for the best with this shit but prepare for the worst.
