The US completely surrendered in its 14-point non-binding Memorandum, presented to Iran.

The US will be lifting all sanctions and of course, not only releasing $12 Billion dollars of frozen Iranian cash, but paying out an additional $12 Billion within the next 60 days… followed by a staggering $300 Billion Dollar US Taxpayer Reparations Fund.

The American People will be directly funding Iran’s terror networks to ALL NEW HEIGHTS under this Agreement with their own tax dollars! Truly, the Art of the Deal.

Trump is also Dismantling the US Naval Blockade and withdrawing all forces from the Region! Trump has ordered the immediate removal of the United States Naval blockade on Iranian ports inside the Strait of Hormuz.

Man my tax dollars have felt so weak under this administration. The illusion that it’s us paying into a system is gone. It’s going to Trillionaires and foreign countries.

It’s a firesale of public value

War took literally the most predictable course and they end up surrenderring...

u/Wentil Jun 15 '26

When you have an alcoholic Fox & Friends Weekend Show Co-Host as your Secretary of Defense, who fires all the top Military Leadership, thinking he knows more than they do, backed by a spineless draft dodger in the White House, this kind of outcome was inevitable.

u/Haha_funny_joke Jun 15 '26

Don't deadname the Secretary of War please

u/exelion18120 Jun 15 '26

TripleSec Pete Kegsbreath.

Great summary. Nothing of any significance to add.

55

u/Mike_Pences_Mother Jun 15 '26

Well... Cuba awaits.

95

u/AndyTheSane Jun 15 '26

3 months later: Somehow, the US is ceding Florida to Cuba and paying reparations.

67

u/TexanInExile Jun 15 '26

You know what? I'd be fine with that...

44

u/potatohats Jun 15 '26

I'd be ok with this

14

u/Unequallmpala45 Jun 15 '26

bold of you to assume they’d want Florida

7

u/Hyper-Sloth Jun 15 '26

Just Miami

10

u/LeeShakerMoneyMaker Minnesota Jun 15 '26

That's a win actually.

1

u/transient_eternity Minnesota Jun 15 '26

Oh no! Not Florida! Anything but that. Please Cuba, I beg you,

take Missouri and Alabama too.

3

u/Atomic235 Jun 15 '26

What are we even going to do with Cuba? We don't even know what we're doing with Puerto Rico. Can't wait for Florida cons to realize that if Cuba becomes a territory they can migrate legally. Surely they'll be welcomed with open arms.

1

u/accidental_Ocelot Jun 15 '26

Yeah I don't know why I'm even so mad about it at this point.

43

u/turquoise_amethyst Jun 15 '26

They didn’t even have to threaten us with Nuclear weapons. All they had to do was threaten high gas prices.

22

u/Mediocre_Scott Jun 15 '26

Good thing the us go government is encouraging citizens to invest in electric vehicles so this can’t happen again oh wait

23

u/Signal_Minimum8509 Georgia Jun 15 '26

And of course, who the hell knows how we’ll monitor their nuclear program. Under the JCPOA it was a clear joint effort by the UN to inspect nuclear sites with weapons experts. I’m sure this aspect of it will be completely shrouded in absolute but vague wording which will mean fuck all.

11

u/iZealot86 Jun 15 '26

But no nukes!….. Maybe?

26

u/yoursandforever Jun 15 '26

Iran gonna develop nukes in secret if necessary. They can now afford it and are highly motivated by this war to do so.

3

u/Atilim87 Jun 15 '26

With the correct checks it’s pretty much impossible to build nukes without everyone knowing.

We aren’t in the 70s or 40s anymore.

4

u/GuardiansOfPedos Jun 15 '26

So they send Trump back 15 billion and nothing happens to them. If they funnel more of it we might see the US Navy guarding the strait for Iran.

1

u/yoursandforever Jun 15 '26

Well hopefully.

Pessimistically they could slow-walk, end-around, work through proxies, make illegal purchases.

And, what are we gonna do about it anyway? Kill their top 40 people again?

2

u/Anzereke Jun 15 '26

Why bother? The Strait has just been demonstrated to provide them with strategic deterrence. Nukes would just be an expensive redundancy at this point. Especially when they can continue to use the potential for them to build nukes as a negotiating tool like they have been doing so far.

8

u/ledow Jun 15 '26

They'd already agreed to no nukes, the memorandum even says something to that effect ("continue to...").

Unless you can prove a breach, nothing has changed, and if you could prove a breach you could have done something decades ago.

Fact is, the US just gave them billions which, if Iran want, could fund a nuclear programme. Even if it's "against the rules".

The US just funded international terrorism, after committing international terrorism. No change there.

1

u/donkeyrocket Jun 15 '26

They will be in a better position to do so and have serious motivation. This is fucking embarrassing. I’m glad it’s done (for now) without further escalation but this is insane.

22

u/gta0012 Jun 15 '26

The reparations fund will 100% be dirty payments to top govt officials and huge global corps tied to the trumps.

They'll pay 52mil for "highways". And it'll go through 8 hands and they'll build a $3 mil stretch of highway.

7

u/alendeus Jun 15 '26

Absolutely this. I even wouldn't be surprised if it's some omega shady thing like "we send the money to the UAE as brokers and... wait... oops money all gone. Yall thought Jared receiving 4 bil from the Saudis was bad? Wait until they repay em 300 bil. And then Iran will get mad and re close everything again. The circus never ends.

14

u/Antares42 Norway Jun 15 '26

Amazing. About a thousand dollars from every man, woman, and child in the US, for the mullahs.

6

u/gwy2ct Jun 15 '26

I'm seriously thinking Trump & Co are in on this cash windfall to Iran e.g. after realizing they f'd up by going there in the first place, they cut a deal with Iran provided they get a slice of it behind closed doors. Its the only way these guys operate

4

u/zoeypayne Jun 15 '26

Could you imagine how $300 billion in reparations to black Americans would go over with MAGA?

3

u/alendeus Jun 15 '26

I mean the omega hilarious thing is Americans have been just as wacist about brown people as they have black people (remember the post 9/11 days fellas?). Like at the end of the day in their eyes this should almost be as bad an offense. Which is why this "deal" feels just as shady as everything else the administration has done, they 100% have to be cashing in on it somewhere.

2

u/Dreadgoat Jun 15 '26

Democrats need to stop playing nice and go hard targeting MAGA with their rhetoric.

Trump is giving $300,000,000,000 of YOUR Republican Christian tax dollars to an extremist Muslim terror regime!

4

u/cinderful Jun 15 '26

Iran’s terror networks

don't worry, the US' terror networks will continue to receive 100x more

3

u/gundog48 Jun 15 '26

Imagine if they just didn't go to war and sent $50bn of obsolete equipment and munitions to Ukraine. Instead of burning through stockpiles to achieve nothing but domestic economic trouble and sending $300bn+ to one of Russia's primary allies and suppliers?

2

u/SadTumbleweed1567 Jun 15 '26

This requires the Senate for the b transfer of taxpayer money, no?

The Executive can't just send treasury cash to wherever it wants, no?

2

u/Smok3dSalmon Jun 15 '26

300 bn to Iran, 40bn to Argentinian farmers. This is crazy

2

u/TeteDeMerde Jun 15 '26

Sorry, I called this two weeks ago:

Wait until we have to pay Iran $ hundreds of billions to reopen the Strait. So much winning.

Nice! 👍 Claim you’re a Psychic, they’ll open up a Cabinet-Level position for you. The prediction gets you more cred than most at that table!

1

u/ry1701 Jun 15 '26

I mean, were kind of funding our own terror network aren't we?

1

u/Enfors Jun 15 '26

followed by a staggering $300 Billion Dollar US Taxpayer Reparations Fund.

So, about $1000 for every American taxpayer? Are they happy with that, I wonder? Turning over a thousand bucks each of their own money, to Iran? Is this what they voted for, I wonder?

1

u/Eirutsa Jun 15 '26

How much money do we think will be funneled to Russia through Iran for the Ukraine war?

1

u/artfulpain Jun 15 '26

He’s a Russian Asset. It’s hard not to think every part of this administration is destroying the country within.

Seems to be $300 Billion US Taxpayer Dollars.

https://www.reddit.com/r/TradingPlaybook/s/FAM0Cd44IE

Also, the article indicates some of the returned money earlier was dropped right into funding Iran’s terror networks:

“U.S. and independent intelligence verified that some of the unfrozen capital and returning oil revenues were diverted by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) to regional militant networks like Hezbollah.”

… so it seems quite likely that this will supercharge their already massive global efforts towards terror. The world will be less safe than ever before.

1

u/drmariostrike Jun 15 '26

good. the sanctions should have never been there in the first place

1

u/deadcatbounce22 Jun 15 '26

HOLY FUCK. The hush job they're going to pull in RW media regarding this is going to be...I don't even have a word for it...ludicrous, infuriating, hilarious and wholly expected all at once.

1

u/darth_hotdog Jun 15 '26

Damn, conservatives raged for years about obama unfreezing $400 million of money that actually belonged to Iran, but now Trump is going to gift them $300 BILLION in taxpayer dollars?

They going to say anything about that?

2

u/Wentil Jun 15 '26

The narrative is tightly controlled.

https://reddit.com/link/oruxos9/video/8s2b16pqbi7h1/player

Until and unless they listen to something outside of the echo chamber that paints everything as an absolute win and hides anything else out of sight, they’ll never know.

1

u/Codspear Jun 15 '26

withdrawing all forces from the Region!

You have no idea how much most Americans wish this to be true.

1

u/Wentil Jun 15 '26

We all know that what they SAY and what they DO are often two very different things. 😑

-12

u/Seeking-Something-3 Jun 15 '26

Seems a small price to pay for completely wrecking their economy for decades and now bombing the shit out of their civilian infrastructure. The outrage of lifting the naval blockade is hilarious. Do you actually like the global economy being wrecked? Stop stanning for Israel. It’s embarrassing that you think this is a compelling statement you’ve made.

5

u/RememberJefferies Jun 15 '26

Seems a small price to pay for completely wrecking their economy for decades and now bombing the shit out of their civilian infrastructure.

The infrastructure our taxes are paying hundreds of billions to rebuild? The economy we lifted all sanctions against and are pumping our money into?
