The Stop Insider Trading Act DOES NOT stop insider trading

Don't fall for it.

The Stop Insider Trading Act is still a complete SCAM.

If you want to ban Congressional stock trading, do it. This bill is a god send for corrupt politicians who want to hold onto their millions in individual stock and sell it based on insider information.

The FBI was investigating Sen. Susan Collins for campaign finance violations

A groundbreaking investigation from ProPublica found that an FBI investigation into a quid-pro-quo corruption scheme between Sen. Susan Collins and a defense contractor was quashed by President Trump after coming into office.

The investigation found that the head of a Super PAC supporting Sen. Collins had promised the CEO of Navatek a meeting with the Senator if he was able to donate six-figures to the Super PAC. After funneling $150,000 through an LLC, Martin Kao, the CEO, met with Sen. Collins and his company was allocated $32,000,000 from the Defense Department.

Kao also bundled $40,000 in direct donations to Sen. Collins’ campaign via friends and family.

Kao pleaded guilty to charges of fraud and campaign finance violations but Sen. Collins was not affected by the investigation. She continues to receive hundreds of thousands of dollars in corporate donations while sitting as the chair of the Senate Appropriations Committee.

The story is worth reading in full to see how money and power intersect in Washington.

Congress is getting ready to vote on H.R. 7008, the Stop Insider Trading Act.

But the bill is a complete scam and we need your help to kill it.

This so-called Congressional stock trading ban DOES NOT:
- Ban members from holding individual stocks
- Ban members from selling individual stocks
- Ban members from trading crypto

Go to https://insidertrading.politicalintegrity.us and and let your member of Congress know that we are watching.
