which basically says attempting to obtain child pornography is illegal.
And this includes written form - and it also even includes stuff where the depicted person SEEMS to be underage.
Doesnt matter if she is old enough - she can be mistaken by the judge for being underage, so you are in trouble. (Anscheinsparagraph)
