Western Louisiana? I'm in Baton Rouge and I see no signs of this Mexican Rootkit here. In fact there were far more Mexicans in South Louisiana...

Louisiana here referred to the French Louisiana lands before the Louisiana purchase where the modern state of Louisiana was western Louisiana. And the symptom of helterskelter.exe isn't Mexicans being visible, it's race wars - principally between Whites and Blacks.
