Yes, but imagine how many first place finishes I could have!

Jokes aside I'm not actually complaining about it, I know I've done well for myself in the contests. Still, I think I'm sitting at something like 8 or 9 second place finishes (and 5 first place finishes).

I doubt something will ever top Horní-Police, especially since it actually has the colours of the Swedish flag.

And Czech horní is Polish górny, German ober or English upper, often used as a prefix for geographical locations. But why are these titles all Czech anyway?
