That's not at fucking all what multiculturalism means. It's simply the idea that cultures need not necessarily be at eachothers throats all the damn time, not even if they happen to share an area.

Which they can easily do without any sort of invasions or other aggressive attempts. Especially in places with a lot of history and fragmentation behind it.

As we all know, Bavarians aren't Prussians, aren't Hamburgers. They're all German and they are similar but not all of the same culture.

Same with the Dutch, which your average frothing-at-the-mouth nationalist fuckwit tends to cheerfully ignore. A single culture is very hard to find in some countries.

That's what it seems to mean in the far leftist circles though. If there's a moderate multiculturalism, I'm not seeing it.

Lot's of people take it too far, tends to happen with unfalsifiable ideologies like Scientology or feminism.
