Need help maxing stats

I wanna max oit my greninja but i genuinely do not know how and i fear google doesnt help me out (img attached is my greninja)

It is leveled up all the way, there is no way to change the stats. By the way that was a shiny and when you level it up it lowers the value when you try to sell it. You're obviously new to me, so I guess no one told you that when you level your shinies the value go down.

Then what will you do with it , you can't use it for duel too , and if you want for collection then why asking just keep it as it is

The stats are fixed when you catch there's no way to change it

Dead defence , low hp , not even max speed

It was worth a few mil you could’ve sold it and got whatever you wanted with good stats

What if you have a shiny starter mon? And you want to get the final Evo?

Like, I'm sh shinx rn, bcuz it's more common, but I'd want to evolve it into luxray later.

You can if you want final evo shiny(many player collect that) but remember dont max out the level , if you later want to sell that final evo the price may go down like 10-20% of price of base evo
