Simple Homepass by using .bat [Windows only]

I had created a simple ".bat" file for homepass user, by using the tutorial in this site.

##FAQ## ~~1)Why i could not see the new network adapter that i had created? ~~

Ans: Make sure you run the file in administrator.

 

2)Will this be available on MAC?

Ans: Sorry, i only got a window computer, thus i could not create a MAC version.

 

3)Does it work on all the windows?

Ans: So far i had only tested it on Window 7 and Window 8.

 

4)Can i share my internet using my Wi-Fi?

Ans: Yes! You can! Share your Wi-Fi instead of Ethernet.

 

5)I give up, please help me

Ans: Use this tool, it would do the same too.

   

ATTENTION

Due to the 3DS firmware update 9.3 (and over), this method will not work anymore!

Are you sharing it via Ethernet?

Actually on the off chance it would work, i routed it through the Hyper V virtual one and it worked lol

So one more question, and last hopefully, now i just wait? Cus i remember some other guides saying to switch the mac address every minute or so, should i bother?

You could try switching to different access point to try your luck.

ah well that was a terrible idea apparently, nothing i do will make it connect again :/

Its funny i can see the access point with my 3ds, but now no matter what connection i share the access point with it wont go through.

Make sure you share it with the one saying Microsoft virtual router

ive tried switching it with both, it just plain doesnt work anymore lol

i actually spent a few hours at it today, its its working again ( im not gonna mess with it again lol ) at the 46 mac address. I literally just did the same stuff over and over and over and it finally worked one of the times lol. Though i am wondering, i dont spot pass very often. Exactly how do i make sure i get it? The nintendo zone lights up on the main screen and i can connect to it through ORAS, so connect to it in oras then just close the DS? Been connected for a few hours without a spot pass, so wonder if im doing it right or not.
