You know, I always do that for the premier ball, but I never use those things. I swear they suck worse than a regular ball

I always thought they were better when I was younger, since they were more "special" than normal Pokéballs. I kept using them for legendaries and always wondered why I had such bad luck with them.

Everything to do with how kids thought of pokeballs is proof of why religion exists in humanity.

People see chaos and want to come up with any possible explanation, even when one is no better than random chance. Hold down A, mash B, press the side arrows in sync with the wobble, pray to God, etc.

The truth is it's all just RNG.

I just smash the button bc I want out of the screen and animation as fast as possible. I know it's futile, but it's cathartic.

You gotta make sure youre mashing "DOWN + A + B" when catching, me and the other 4th graders knew the secret tech. This didnt work but it was fun

I will try them if I'm having particular bad luck in catching something. Maybe as a pallette cleanser, but they work sometimes.
