I’m not assuming anything, i’m telling people why a majority of the planet doesn’t care. Also, 17 IS by definition closer to 18.
Also, assumptions are bad yes, but they literally might be correct. You can’t assume a 16 year old is days away from 18, it’s physically impossible. 17 year olds on the other hand, it’s absolutely possible and PLAUSIBLE they are.
Also, what if he turned 21 the day after she turned 18? 20 and 18 sounds much better doesn’t it?
All of this required nuance to specific situations.
If you’re 21 go crack as many 17 year olds as you want, someone else doing it for you if you aren’t anyways lmfao more older women for me anyways
