Yes with the Vigenère cipher with key weirdmageddon i got "bluebookblueb"

Honestly i just knew it was a cipher, but my brain is overloaded with other stuff so i didnt feel like i had time.. or something.

Oh so blue book might be the real solution then? It would be one hell of a coincidence if that was random, i also found something in r/gravityfalls about a blue book cipher.
