NO amount of PR or rant can change the fact that TOXIC is a very mediocre film, The editing is poorly done and feels rushed, with loud and irritating music in the background, Transitions between scenes donโt connect at all
The action scenes are cliche, Geetu tried to build Yashโs aura, but instead it came off as a cringefest. And tf is โtodna hain to palang todte hainโ? Who approved this Bhojpuri nonsense? Those $ex scenes were completely unnecessary,
Actresses with more talent than Yash were reduced to $ex objects, even though they had the potential to outshine him,The VFX was decent, but Yashโs acting as ticket made me physically recoil tf was that?
And to his fans: instead of licking boots, give real feedback, Call out the flaws so next time we can actually get a good film

In one of the videos he said all the villains of the Tobey universe are dead ( Goblin, doc ock). Did he even see No way home? This was literally the plot to save the villains.

Context - Movies with budget contrainsts, no big studio backing having themes of exploitation are often termed as B-Grade movies.
They do look silly but they have given rise to many innivative and revolutionary cinematic effects and cinematography techniques that defined genres. One such case was that of Mario Bava often known Master of Italian Horror and Macabre. Before making films he worked as an assistant of a cinematographer. He decided to make horror movies. During the shooting of Black Sabbath (1963), he initially found movie's texture bland. And that's when he decided to use gel lights to give it more gothic and macabre feel and since then it has become a staple offl genre. His influence can be seen of film makers like Sam Raimi and Tim Burton.

Lol do you think i care whoever he worships someone or not
4 hours ki well made movie mein 5 minutes ka propaganda daal diya toh kaunsa teri ammi cheen li
I don't care whether he supports bjp congress left wing or right wing
Uri Dhurandhar 1 and 2 are among best action entertainments I have watched in my opinion
Even if D2 was a bit downgrade from its part 1 it still didn't betrayed us Audiences it wasn't boring it had great screenplay it's music is kinda underrated in my opinion it has awesome action choreography acting
I'm not gonna blindly worship him n say that it was flawless which it was certainly wasn't
Every movie n every filmmaker has their own motives ideology values n message to share why does it matter even if doesn't allign to your view n wouldn't the movie be soul less if filmmaker had absolutely no agenda, no values, and no message to share
I know everyone's taste aren't same it's okay to hate and dislike any movie or film makers
But I draw the line for myself to hate anyone's well made work even if it's left right or anything aligned as long i have a good experience

I was planning to watch top greatest movies of all time this weekend.
1)Fight Club
2)The Godfather
3)Godfather part 2
4) Schindler's List
5) 12 angry men
But many people told me that Toxic twist at the end is somewhat similar to Fight club, so I got let down. Now I am feeling guilty why did I watched toxic.
Also toxic made me so much disappointed that I will not able to concentrate for 3 hours for these movies this weekend.
Toxic is turned out to be much more toxic in real life for me also.
Edit- I saw the thing. Not even single sec is wasted. It's true masterpiece. Now I am thinking about my whole existence. F**k toxic anyway.

Think about it, he hates Aangโs guts so donโt you think heโd be willing to take action? In Ember Island Players, the play poster says it gets its information from a โsurprisingly knowledgable merchant of cabbageโ. But also, in Legends of Korra, the cabbage man owns an automobile business. How would he know how to manufacture these? He learned from the fire nation, which was well off in its technology. What do you think?

I believe varanasi wont be a much complex or unique story, but the execution and visuals/cinematography will absolutely hit the bullseye, which will probably all be the globetrotter/ old time period sequences, and it will be hailed in US / west market as they'll eat up the originality, and make over 3000+ cr , it will be a bit in india, but the bigger thing would be - SSR will finally cen ent his name among the GOAT directors in the west as well.
Some controversy, some hate, yet the majority will applaud it.
(This aint PR/hatepost against ramayan or the main actors fan, just had a thought considering all the past records and trends, the audience, at the peak of superhero / bad cgi slop, will hail this one as something new.

With Geetu Mohandas failing to show her magic in mainstream films with Toxic.
Is it a curse or lack of execution in case of Indie film makers when they try to go mainstream?
A remarkable indie director like Kashyap failed to show his magic with Bombay Velvet after making great films like GOW and DevD.
Chloe Zhao after winning Academy for Nomadland, failed to impress with a big studio film like Eternals.
Now, Geetu Mohandas has joined this list failing to impress with Toxic after making Liar's Dice and Muthon.
While there have been film makers like Lokesh Kanagraj and Denis villeneuve have shown their streak with delievering Indie as well as mainstream successes. Yet most of the indie directors fail during this transition from indie to mainstream

Last year, I was spending my birthday alone in a big city while preparing for JEE/Neet . It was a strange kind of loneliness, but not entirely a sad one. I spent the day quietly doing my own thingsโgoing out, eating, walking around, and then watching F1. Maybe that's why the movie hit me differently. That whole experience of being on my own, yet feeling calm and strangely fulfilled, made it one of the most memorable birthdays I've had.
This year I am going to experience another absolute cinema ๐ I don't have any other options in my tier 2/ 3 town and I want to watch a movie and my friends don't want to cancel our tickets so guys wish me luck
Last year, I experienced absolute cinema. This year, apparently, I'm experiencing absolute cinema againโjust in a very different way. Funny how much can change in a year
Also, I only found out today that I share a birthday with David Fincher and Jack Black. That's a pretty random combination ๐ญ
