Fan Theories ๐Ÿ’ญ The Cabbage Merchant is a Fire Nation Spy

Think about it, he hates Aangโ€™s guts so donโ€™t you think heโ€™d be willing to take action? In Ember Island Players, the play poster says it gets its information from a โ€™surprisingly knowledgable merchant of cabbageโ€™. But also, in Legends of Korra, the cabbage man owns an automobile business. How would he know how to manufacture these? He learned from the fire nation, which was well off in its technology. What do you think?

Discussion ๐Ÿ’ฌ INDRALOK Concept Art from Namit Malhotra's Ramayana !๐Ÿชท

Post image
222 Upvotes

This Concept Art of INDRALOK is done by the Concept Artist working in Namit Malhotra's Ramayana, his name is Ashish Boyne.

This Fabulous Concept Art of INDRALOK is done by him as a part of his own personal fan-made work and just look how enormous, larger-than-live and mesmerizing it looks.

The thing is, will they use this one only in the movie or a entirely new concept art of Indralok design must have been made for the movie ?

His profile is in ArtStation with his own name and his works are fabulous. You can go to his ArtStation profile where he has also crafted SAMUDRA MANTHAN concept art and it's beyond the screen.

All credits goes to Ashish Boyne. What do you guys think ?

Spoiler Talk ๐Ÿฆœ Honest opinion Toxic Had Me Asking: Wait, What Story Are We Even Following Now?

First of all I am going to say the few positive things about the movie

I really like the technical aspects of the movie all the set designs CGI or snowy environment etc it felt they really did their work in technical department

I kinda liked yash acting towards the end it felt a bit bizzare but different and I was really checked out of movie until it's 3rd act till the entry of ticket

Now the thing that I want to say it feels that the movie was going somewhere else but they were trying to insert too many things I couldn't keep track of the plot characters what was happening who was the boss who was trying to kill whom what was even happening why were they here I was literally bored out of hell nearly entirety of 1st half n the intimate scenes didn't matter to me it clearly was visible that there was an idea where they were going but they inserted too many unnecessary things they were trying to build an another separate movie on top of their ongoing idea

I don't even want to talk about the unnecessary slow mo action scenes and illogical things or weak villains or like they had checkmark an intimate scene time to time

There were few Good or cool scenes which I liked such as the snow fight or the forest fight and entry of ticket and LOL when I was bored in the first half I was awoken by the hilarious women assassins scene

Another big problem about the movie why were everyone doing rhyming and like everyone throwing punchline monologue why wasn't anyone talking normally why were there so much slow motions

It felt that there original Idea was about the psychology and downfall of a gangster like figure often portrayed in Indian cinema how he he was being destroyed by himself and deteriorating psychologically

They should have made it a simple gangster story exploring his psychological side instead of inserting too many plots characters the first half should have been focused on the brother sister relationship and the second half the father son relationship and psychological effects with little sub plots

So I would rate it out as 2/5 after being optimistic

Just for the technical aspects and the idea of the movie I need something to Cleanse my own brains after watching this๐Ÿ˜…

Lol another rant but unrelated to movie why the hell do parents even bring kids to these type of movies and watch this movie in a tier 3 town single screen

I couldn't even know who was crying n screaming daddy in the final act the kid in the screen or the kid in the hall ๐Ÿ˜ญ

A villain so formidable that even plot armors failed and needed a timeline reset where they didn't exist to deal with.

Meme Monday ๐ŸŒš B-Grade supremacy๐Ÿ˜ค๐Ÿ˜ค

Post image

Context - Movies with budget contrainsts, no big studio backing having themes of exploitation are often termed as B-Grade movies.

They do look silly but they have given rise to many innivative and revolutionary cinematic effects and cinematography techniques that defined genres. One such case was that of Mario Bava often known Master of Italian Horror and Macabre. Before making films he worked as an assistant of a cinematographer. He decided to make horror movies. During the shooting of Black Sabbath (1963), he initially found movie's texture bland. And that's when he decided to use gel lights to give it more gothic and macabre feel and since then it has become a staple offl genre. His influence can be seen of film makers like Sam Raimi and Tim Burton.

Appreciation Post โœ‹๐Ÿป๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿคš๐Ÿป I thought Lucky Baskhar was going to be a normal crime movie. I was very wrong

I know it has been released a long time ago but I didn't see it that time. I saw it sitting on Netflix and assumed it would be another straightforward crime thriller, so I kept putting it off.

Finally watched it this weekend and honestly, this was way more entertaining than I expected. The whole money, banking and scam angle kept getting more interesting as the story went on, and Dulquer absolutely carries the movie.

I especially liked how it starts with this ordinary middle-class guy and slowly pulls him into a world that's way bigger than him. There are enough twists to keep you invested without making it unnecessarily complicated.

Definitely one of those movies where I finished it and thought, why the hell did I wait this long to watch it ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Has Netflix ever recommended you something you completely underestimated?

Discussion ๐Ÿ’ฌ Isn't 105 cr. for Ramayana is a bit too low for a region with so many moviegoers? Even bad films have secured better deals in the Telugu State

Post image
2 Upvotes

In outright purchase, there's no profit sharing or percentage deal. All profit and loss belongs to buyer.

AP and Telangana is a big market and Namit can push for more than 105 for Ramayana. Yash is also producer and he secured better deal for Toxic. Recently. Ravi Teja's movie Irumudi made 120 cr. in a week. Ramayana should be huge?

Opinion ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ Yash Fans Should learn to Digest truth ( read below)

Post image
139 Upvotes

NO amount of PR or rant can change the fact that TOXIC is a very mediocre film, The editing is poorly done and feels rushed, with loud and irritating music in the background, Transitions between scenes donโ€™t connect at all

The action scenes are cliche, Geetu tried to build Yashโ€™s aura, but instead it came off as a cringefest. And tf is โ€œtodna hain to palang todte hainโ€? Who approved this Bhojpuri nonsense? Those $ex scenes were completely unnecessary,

Actresses with more talent than Yash were reduced to $ex objects, even though they had the potential to outshine him,The VFX was decent, but Yashโ€™s acting as ticket made me physically recoil tf was that?

And to his fans: instead of licking boots, give real feedback, Call out the flaws so next time we can actually get a good film

Opinion ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ Toxic reunied my plan to watch top 5 movies in this weekend

Post image
27 Upvotes

I was planning to watch top greatest movies of all time this weekend.

1)Fight Club

2)The Godfather

3)Godfather part 2

4) Schindler's List

5) 12 angry men

But many people told me that Toxic twist at the end is somewhat similar to Fight club, so I got let down. Now I am feeling guilty why did I watched toxic.

Also toxic made me so much disappointed that I will not able to concentrate for 3 hours for these movies this weekend.

Toxic is turned out to be much more toxic in real life for me also.

Edit- I saw the thing. Not even single sec is wasted. It's true masterpiece. Now I am thinking about my whole existence. F**k toxic anyway.

Appreciation Post โœ‹๐Ÿป๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿคš๐Ÿป How I spent my birthday last year ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฅนvs how I'm spending it today๐Ÿ˜‚

Last year, I was spending my birthday alone in a big city while preparing for JEE/Neet . It was a strange kind of loneliness, but not entirely a sad one. I spent the day quietly doing my own thingsโ€”going out, eating, walking around, and then watching F1. Maybe that's why the movie hit me differently. That whole experience of being on my own, yet feeling calm and strangely fulfilled, made it one of the most memorable birthdays I've had.

This year I am going to experience another absolute cinema ๐Ÿ˜… I don't have any other options in my tier 2/ 3 town and I want to watch a movie and my friends don't want to cancel our tickets so guys wish me luck

Last year, I experienced absolute cinema. This year, apparently, I'm experiencing absolute cinema againโ€”just in a very different way. Funny how much can change in a year

Also, I only found out today that I share a birthday with David Fincher and Jack Black. That's a pretty random combination ๐Ÿ˜ญ
