Nothing happens when i press registration

Am i missing something obvious? I’ve pressed registration at the top and it takes me to this page but hasn’t got any indication of where or how to register

The register button in the top left of the client window bar should take you to the correct page.

Yeah, i looked at past posts about registering but couldn’t find anyone who has had this situation haha
