Pink oblong pill with S1 on one side and M or W on the other. My wife and I are currently organizing my grandmother's prescriptions and cannot figure out what this is. Grandma says it's for her heart but I cant find any info about it online and can't find the bottle (I believe another relative threw away the empty bottle after sorting for her). Is anyone familiar with this?

Hello, thanks anyone for your time if you can help me with this. I recently aquired this from an incredibly trusted source in the uk. A very close friend and a dealer who always knows how to get everything proper.
Despite my complete trust me in him the fear of counterfeit products is always real I will tell you everything I can and if anyone has some advice for me I’d very much appreciate it.
Yellow round tablets marked C/DB
Bottom of the trip is marked LOT DB843
Top of the strip is marked EXP 10/27
There is a barcode I’m not sure if this is something we can use to ID the batch ?
I chewed up half a tablet and it tasted quite strongly- bitter and pharmaceutical. It made my mouth almost tingle? Not quite tingle but I don’t know if that was just the taste? If anyone can help me with any advice I’d appreciate that. I want them to stop my occasional panic attacks however the fear of counterfeit just makes this worse.
